My headcanon for Arthur ’s horses: 🐎🐎 Since his first horse name was Boadicea, the warrior queen of Celts and character of Avalon Cycle by Marion Zimmer Bradley, I decided all Arthur’s horses have to be named after a character from Arthurian legends.

You know Arthur isn’t a great reader, so all names are suggested by Hosea who is always happy when the cowboy goes to him and asks “look at this beauty, how should I name it?”. Arthur doesn’t always care from where Hosea gets all these names, he just likes them, nods at his mentor and says: “mh, it’s ok. It suits it, I guess”

So we have Percival, brave and pure of heart. A very good boy.
