Who starts wearing sweaters and scarves on the first day of September and completely overheats: Eugene of course, he loves breaking out the warm fuzzy sweaters. Snafu, on the contrary, just Doesn’t Like Clothes
Who thrives in Fall/Who prefers Summer and warm weather: Eugene likes fall (the only sad thing is that all the birds leave…). Snafu Does Not. He hates it when it’s like cold and raining and stuff. It never was that cold in Louisiana. What is thIS HELL!! and when they get some early snow, well that’s because the world’s ending and Merriell A. Shelton has personally evoked god’s wrath
Who thinks the other looks so cute when they’re cold and trying to fight it with 50 sweaters: Snafu claims he finds Eugene’s sweater collection ridiculous but really he melts at the sight
Who offers the other their jacket: here’s the thing. While Eugene wears like five layers at all time, Snafu just throws on a light coat over a t-shirt and heads out. So Eugene’s always like “You MUST take my jacket you’re gonna catch your death” and Snafu’s like “Nah you look far more cold actually y’know what take my coat” so they end up offering back and forth until they just let the issue rest and dress the way they want to (that’s not to say Eugene won’t be all merciless and “told you so” when Snafu catches a cold)
Who doesn’t want to get out of bed in the morning because it’s too cold and has to run from the warm covers to the shower: that’s 100% Snafu, he seriously considers calling in sick because he can’t get out of bed it’s too cold
Who touches the other with their freezing cold feet at night: Snafu. Because Eugene needs to feel how he sufFERS
Who makes the hot cider to snuggle under a blanket and drink: Eugene does, it’s one of the few kitchen-related things he CAN do
Who loves carving pumpkins and buys about 300: Did I mention Snafu gets REALLY into Halloween?? Like really
Who is terrible at carving pumpkins: Eugene is, without doubt, horrible at it
Who thinks pulling the pumpkin guts out with their hands is icky: again Eugene; Snafu has fun doing it and throwing the stuff at the unassuming
What is their favourite Fall activity: Eugene likes being outside in the fall but Snafu absolutely doesn’t. So they just curl up on the couch together with blankets and some hot beverage of choice
Who gets scared when they watch Horror movies: You think this is Eugene? Well you’re wrong. Actually Eugene falls asleep halfway through. Snafu will act like nothing’s bothering him at all but in the middle of the night he’ll be like “But what if she really comes outta the mirror. We have a mirror iN OUR BEDROOM EUGENE”
Who hands out candy to trick-or-treaters: They both answer the door together like the sappy old couple they are
Who accidentally scares the kids: “Accidentally”? It’s Snafu. He deliberately scares the kids
Who suggested the couples costume: No one remembers who suggested the couple costume. It came up as a joke between them when they discussed what to do for Burgie’s party. Then the idea sort of stuck
What is their couples costume: They do this angel-and-devil-thing. Punchline: Snafu’s the angel
What is the best Halloween they ever had: Every year after their first year together has been pretty awesome
What is the worst Halloween they ever had: the first year when Eugene still tried to convince everyone that they were making Jesus cry
Who eats too much candy and ends up sick the next day: Snafu does and he’s dying Sledge
